Hey guys, it’s Wyoskyguy. I just wanna say a few things, my birthday is coming up, and my mom told me about a Kindle Fire by Amazon. I asked, “What is it?” and she said some stuff. So I decided to do some research and compare the two.

Now for the iPad 2. (Surprising, this took quite a while to gather the info for, and some is from previous knowledge)
iPad 2

USB: 2.0 with the clip thing to connect to the Apple Product
Audio: I don’t know this, I searched half-a-dozen websites, couldn’t find a thing.
Content Formats Supported: JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, iTunes format, and probably some others.
Price: $499
Alright, Now I’m gonna to compare.
Kindle Fire vs iPad 2
Display: iPad 2
Size: Kindle Fire
Device Storage: iPad 2
Battery Life: iPad 2
Charge Time: Tie
Wi-Fi/3G: iPad 2
USB: Tie
Audio: Kindle Fire (I couldn’t find iPad’s)
Content Formats Supported: Kindle Fire
Price: Kindle Fire at $199 (Less then HALF of what the iPad 2 is)
That puts the score iPad 2 (4) – Kindle Fire (3) (Not including ties)
My conclusion: If you are going to be doing a lot downloading (games, music, books, movies), I would go for an iPad 2. If your one of those guys/girls who just like to download some games, play them, post on blogs, etc. I would go for either one. Because really, either way, they do the same thing, but if your cheap, definitely go for the Kindle Fire, it’s less then half of what the iPad 2 is going for.
Well, I think that concludes my post. I hope I get to do this again, because it’s quite fun. Maybe next time I’ll do the newest Xbox and the PlayStation 3.
